Kids Beginner Class - Saturday, August 31, 2024 - 10:00-12:00
This is a great class for kids who are unable to take the weekly classes but still want to learn to sew!
For boys and girls age 8 and up. Students will learn to make an apron on a sewing machine. Lesson includes safety measures (with machines, cutting, and ironing), how to use a sewing machine and sew a straight line, and how to make hems and casings then install a drawstring.

Description:
Each class is 2 hours long and the students will build their skills by folding and ironing fabric, sewing straight lines, and threading twill tape through a casing.

More Info:
All machines, fabric, and sewing tools will be supplied.
Each student is free to bring their own (non-messy) snack and water.

Cancellation policy. Please let me know ASAP when you need to cancel as there is oftentimes a waiting list for this class. Cancellations up to 2 days before class=refund. Cancellations within 2 days=credit for another class. Cancellation on day of class=no refund.
