First Friday Fun – Reusable Fold-Up Grocery Bag | Oct 2, 2026 6–9 PM

Join us for First Friday Fun this October! In this hands-on class, you'll create a reusable grocery bag that folds neatly into its own built-in pocket — perfect for tossing in your purse or car so you're always ready at the checkout line.

This project uses French seams for a clean, professional finish inside and out. Some sewing machine experience is required — you should be comfortable with basic straight stitching before attending.

What you'll learn:

• How to sew French seams for a polished, durable finish
• Constructing a bag that folds into its own pocket
• Working with lightweight cotton fabric
