Adult Sewing Class BEGINNER - Know Your Machine - Wednesday, December 6, 2017 5:00 - 7:00 PM
Wednesday, December 6, 2017 5:00 - 7:00 PM
Adult and teens are welcome to this class. No prior sewing knowledge is needed.
Each class is 2 hours long and all supplies will be provided. We will cover everything you need to know about how a sewing machine works, how to thread the machine and bobbin, common tools, types of fabric, types of stitches and sewing seams. Plus you will create a project to take with you!
Each class is 35.00 per student. I have room for up to 6 students in each class. If a class has less than 5 students it may be canceled (so invite your friends!).
Class is located in my upstairs sewing loft. I am located near Ray and Higley in Gilbert. I do have friendly dogs in the house.
Sewing machines are provided! With our classes come use of our sewing machines and basic sewing tools; however, if you own your own machine, please feel free to bring it. It's always better to get practice on a machine that you will be using at home and are more comfortable with. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing your own machine.
Feel free to bring a (non-messy) snack and water bottle.
If you have any questions please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sewing is a great skill for everyone!
