Monday 2:00 - 3:30 Kids Intermediate 1 Sewing - September-November 2025 M2I1
For kids who have completed the Beginner 2 semester. Begins the week of Sept 8. Ends last week of November.
Minimum class size is 5. We may cancel if there aren't enough students (so tell your friends!).
INTERMEDIATE 1 STUDENTS: Each student will continue to master their sewing machine skills. They will advance to patchwork and 3D stabilized projects, new zipper installations, mitered corners, and more. We try to finish at least 6-8 projects each semester. Students will work at their own pace but we will cover a lot of ground and have a lot of fun!
Planned projects (subject to change):
*Every child works and learns at a different pace so we can't guarantee each child will finish every planned project.
Intermediate Machine 1
Storage pod
Dog bone neck pillow
Boxed zipper pouch (patchwork)
Fanny pack
Shorts
Table napkins with mitered corners
Bonus: cup cozy
1 class per week for a total of 10 weeks (with the exception of holiday weeks and break weeks). Each class is 1.5 hours long. There is 1 make up class the week after the semester officially ends for students who missed a class. We cannot guarantee more make up classes if a student misses more than one class during the semester.
SICKNESS POLICY: Please don't send your student if they have any symptoms of sickness. There is an included makeup class at the end of each semester.
Cost: 395.00 per student. Sewing machines and all supplies are included.
