Adult Beginner (and Refresher) Sewing Class - Saturday, April 10, 2021 - 1:30-4:00
In this adult sewing class we will go over using a sewing machine including how to thread it, which types of threads, needles, fabric, etc. to buy and everything else to get you started.
Each class is 2.5 hours long and all supplies will be provided but if you have a machine you'd like to use please feel free to bring it.. We will cover everything you need to know to get you started sewing. You'll get a list of tools you should have for your sewing kit, resources for shopping for sewing supplies, and lots and lots of helpful hints.
You will have time to create one project to take home with you.
Each class is 50.00 per student. I have room for up to 6 students in each class. If a class has less than 4 students it may be canceled (so invite your friends!).
Class is located in my upstairs sewing loft. I am located near Ray and Higley in Gilbert.
Sewing machines are provided if you don't have one! You are free to bring your own if you want to work on it (just please bring the manual and extras parts with it).
Feel free to bring a (non-messy) snack and water bottle. Face masks are optional.
If you have any questions please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sewing is a great skill for everyone!
Cancellation policy. Cancellations up to 2 days before class will be refunded. Cancellations within 2 days of the class will be issued credit for another class.
